Times change, the real estate industry changed and it was time for Jim to join the changing times. In January of 2000 he joined the Kinlin Grover GMAC Real Estate office in Yarmouth Port. It proved to be an excellent and profitable career adjustment, however his desire to have his own brokerage service returned. About that time Jerry expressed many of the same ideas and they decided that it was time to form a company that would be dedicated to the special needs of buyers only
Jim, has served on many town boards and study groups, most notably the Waterfront Planning Group, which has laid the ground work for many changes in waterfront land use and planning. Jim is a member of the Yarmouth Rotary Club and the Yarmouth Area Chamber of Commerce.
Jim has also served on the Century 21 of New England Brokers Council – Represented Cape Cod franchise owners for five years. As a member of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors/MLS Jim served as an Officer and Director of the Association and the Multiple Listing Service. He served as Chairman of the MLS Executive Committee, MLS Computer Committee. He was also a member of the Finance Committee of both organizations.

Jerry Sullivan, a native Cape Codder, is a seasoned real estate professional having been licensed since 1968 Jerry is a member of the Cape Cod Board of REALTORS and the Cape Cod MLS. Jerry has received the e-PRO Internet Certified Professional designation and is a candidate for Council of Real Estate Brokerage (CRB) desgination.
Jerry is committed to serve his clients as a Buyer Broker for Cape Cod property and firmly believes that all buyers benefit from proper exclusive representation.
Jerry has served his community with many organizations and boards, including the United Way of Cape Cod, the Yarmouth Rotary Club, Cape Cod Planning and Economic Commission and the Yarmouth Area Chamber of Commerce. He is currently a Yarmouth Selectman in his 5th term. He is a former member of the Yarmouth Board of Appeals and the Sign Design Review Committee.
Jerry serves the REALTOR community as a member of the Government Affairs Task Force. His goal is to bring his long term municipal background and understanding of local and regional issues to the organization in order to find mutual benefits.
